We cannot deny the fact that girls make the largest group of Facebook game application usersso, Facebook developers are not stopping to create great games for girls. For all those fashionfanatics out there, there is a game specifically for you, the “Fashion Addict.” From the title itself,you need to have a strong interest for fashion before you play this game.

There certainly is some difference between the most recent female-targeted game, It Girl andFashion Addict. This game more likely returns to the concept of managing and running a fashionboutique. That said, the means of playing are very different from other games, as they put abig emphasis on visual polish and mixing together gameplay mechanics from different genres.There are no avatars and the main goal is to improve the boutique.

As the game starts, players already have a clothing store with two mannequins to dress withitems you have collected during the game. After a quick tutorial, players begin the game bypurchasing a “Fashionista” magazine. Each magazine issue has numerous pages representedby tiles on its cover. This serves as a treasure hunting map, so players need to clear each tilebefore obtaining a new one. Every click on a tile will consume a small amount of your “MoJoPoints” (energy) which replenish over the time.

Some tiles offer small games that reward you with gold bonuses, while others give you thechance to visit another player’s boutique that is randomly selected. Players are rewarded apiece of clothing on every winning of the mini games. The collected clothings can then beplaced on the mannequins. These could be tops, jackets, dresses, accessories, and so on.

As you collect more clothing, you can then mix and match the items the way you desire, andincrease the fiscal value of the fashion on display. This is the most interesting part of the game.Furthermore, if you have plenty of resources, you can take the opportunity to buy some clothesyou don’t have on the magazine just yet.

Fashion Addict deserves recognition when it comes to a new feature and improvement in asocial fashion game. In the meantime, this game is worth checking out because it is quitepromising and has a lot of potential.

3 PS3 Games Girls Will Love

{ Friday, October 29, 2010 }
If you’re a guy who has plans to shop for PS3 girly games for that special female in your life or a girl who’s simply looking for great titles you can enjoy, then here are some suggestions. I asked a number of female gamers what their favourite PS3 games are, and I acquired consistent replies. So yes boys, there are a lot of PS3 games out there that could draw interest from that special girl, and could even turn her into a gamer. I have narrowed the list down to the top three games to get you started. (And yes I am a girl)

Heavenly Sword is an action-packed adventure game with the main character named Nariko who uses a weapon called “Heavenly Sword“. In this game the main character has to protect the sword from falling into the wrong hands of a greedy ruler, King Bohan, who wants it for himself. This game is action filled from start to finish having to fight numerous battles. There are few stages that you play as Kai, a sniper who specializes with a crossbow to pick off the enemies. There are also stages where you need to fight off an evil looking fish lady, destroy catapults, and much more. The graphics for this game are outstanding and the controls are very easy to use. Both genders will surely have fun with this game.

Heavy Rain is a tension filled game where you get to make your own choices which will ultimately lead you to the final outcome. In this game, you will play the parts of four protagonists who are involved in an attempt to solve the case of the infamous Origami Killer. You must find clues in each level that will help you track down the real identity of the Origami Killer. The story line of this game is outstanding and you might even relate to each one ofthe characters in different ways. In this game you can choose your own path, any of the four characters can die atany given time depending on the choices you make. The game has so many outcomes– so it’s just like playing a newgame every time you pick it up again.

Last, but very far from being least, is Little Big Planet. This game seems to be at the very top of many female’s listof games they love. You play as a Sackboy or girl who explores a made-up world and complete missions. The gamebegins in your own space which you can decorate with stickers that you acquire in each level you play. There areso many levels you can play and unlock with themes such as; Mexican desert or Japanese garden. During the game,you can find clothes for your sackboy, different stickers and collectible keys to unlock mini levels. There are a lotof great features about this game; from character and level creation and the online community play. One of the bestfeatures of LBP is being able to create your own levels and let the online community play them and they can eventag the level. This game is so much fun and is way too cute for anyone not to play and is a great addition to yourgaming collection because not only will your wife or girlfriend love this game, but you will too.
All in all, if you really want the female in your life to take some interest in gaming, these are just a handful of gamesyou might want to let them try. These are great games that you can have a lot of fun playing together. Cheers!

Teaming Up with a Great Image

{ Sunday, October 24, 2010 }
Dressing up is like a daily routine for a girl. You will feel uncomfortable if you believe that you are not dressed appropriately for an occasion. More often than not, you will feel insecure if others are better dressed than you are. It is always compulsory in a party or a gathering to be in a stunning outfit. You are then obliged to look presentable all the time – all because that’s what a girl is for. How do you deal with this?

There are simple ways to solve this kind of issues.

1. Integrate it with your looks. Coming up with a beautiful expensive dress isn’t the ultimate solution to bad get-ups. Somehow, you need to consider how you look. You should take note of many factors including your skin complexion. You cannot just wear something that you buy from a mall. Take note how it makes your whole appearance stand out. Buy dress color combinations that complement your skin color.

2. Integrate it with the occasion. You cannot wear pants and sneakers on a formal celebration. You need to consider if you are dressed up properly with regard to the occasion you’re into. Here, common sense is very crucial. There’s no need to put yourself to shame when you wear a long gown inside a mall. The setting is extremely important if you’re picking your perfect dress.

3. Integrate it with your personality. If you are a shy and reserved person, or if you belong to a very conservative family or religion, then don’t push it. Don’t insist that you wear a daring and almost bare outfit like a tube or a top that exposes your cleavage. Make sure that it is in line with your personality. You can only “work it” if it is you. If you are portraying or showing off a borrowed personality, or if you feel like you are lost and engulfed by the outfit, then do not wear it. Never think that if it’s good for others, it will be good to you as well.

At the end of the day, there’s just one person that you need to please first before pleasing others – YOU. You should win your own confidence before you can face the world and rock your dress.

Fashion and all That There is to it

{ Friday, October 22, 2010 }

Fashion has undeniably becoming a trend for and young adolescents. Little girls think that lining up with the right group and getting up with the right fashion are the cool things to do to be accepted. They think that the world is judgmental, that in order to be socially accepted, an individual has to go through the harsh process of blending in. It shouldn’t be the way of thinking these people should possess.

Rationalize. The only thing that you are getting by blending with people and losing yourself is pity. Those who think this way is pitiful because they are near to belonging to “generic” mutation. Generic thinking is mediocre thinking. It is never nice to lose your identity just because you have to jive with the crowd. If your classmate is wearing high heels to be “in”, it does not mean that you wear that too. It only makes it worse when you exist to be a copycat of someone else’s style.

Create your own style. You should never rely from your classmates’ way of dressing. It is better to have your own style. You can try browsing magazines or getting tips from older people. Building your own sense of fashion is not a bad thing – even if you start badly at first. Everyone has a bad fashion start. People don’t grow as a fashionista overnight. It is not a crash course to becoming a trendy superstar in 10 days. It is more like a progressive gradual growth.

Have a confident look. Never be ashamed of who you are. Face the world with your heads up. If you think that you are awkward then you will be awkward. It is always a rule to build your self-confidence when it comes to fashion. Our thinking affects our sense of fashion greatly.
